thanks John
when I try to insert a comma after the number whether it be ac1 or acod I get a sch 600...(
illegal input character)
Also when I try to make a call on my set just using acod...get re-order tone.
the acod giving you reorder is usually because the targ and tgar match.. change one end of that to allow acod access... acod did allow comma at one time... it's worth a test..
got the switch to accept acod then number, and ** ,but the call did not process anything after the **
I'm trying to program stor 14 to call 1-800-525-9358 ext 4047
I can get it to call using acod 18005259358...but ext had to be dialed manually.
If the co trunks are pri, bars sends all digits at the same time no matter if you try to send a pause or not. The digit stream sent does not stop, or pause then send the rest
So I'm out of luck I guess....(or I should say the users are)
Right now all phones in the plant have access only to speed dials and will have to dial spre code, then speed dial code, then stor number, listen for auto attendant, then ext number..(always the same ext).
My only other option would be to put those in an analog route.
