"On Another Call"

MICS 2.0. When an extension is on an internal or external call, and another extension calls the phone, it does not show "on another call". Only phone having this problem. Any ideas?

try setting DND on busy under capabilities for that extension.

That's because that particular extension is on another phone as an "answer dn" somewhere in the office.
