"OK/Cancel" popup dialouge box?

Prior to saving changes on a form, I'd like a popup/dialouge box to come up with "Are you sure... YES/NO"

Is this possible to do with web forms in visual studio using C#?

Yes it is.

Look up messageBox on MSDN

you want to trigger it on the submit event for your form, and if form == OK, then update your database, else do nothing.

Nope. MessageBox is part of the System.Windows.Forms Namespace, not System.Web.Ui.
