"Name not unique in this context"

Hi I am debuggin an application in Delphi and I run into the "Name not unique in this context" error message when I try to open a TQuery.

I am not sure if this is an issue with possible duplicate components on the form (or inherited forms) or if this is a problem with the database. Has anyone run into an error like this before?

I'd appreciate the help.

If you can post the sql here it'll tell us at least if it's an issue with the sql.
