"My Documents" Mapping Issue

Windows 2K Pro, fully patched
Netware 4.83.

Recently we relocated a user to another facility. His profile in active directory was placed in a redirector folder along with other members of his group who relocated. This one individual is the only one having this problem though. Double-click on "My Documents" and an he gets an error indicating the path is invalid. R-click "My Documents" to check the properties and the path is greyed out. Open "My Computer" and the drive mapped to the location where his "My Documents" reside is present as are his documents. Checked the users A.D. profile and everything seems in order. Had another member of his group log into this box and her mapping was correct. Any thoughts?

Here are a couple of things to try. Log onto another user machine with the account in question and see if folder redirection takes place. You can also rename his profile on his machine and have him logon.

Is the other facility in the same AD site? Did you move the users account to a diffrent container in AD?

Have you given permission for users to change the mappings (you said it was greyed out!)
