"modify selection" is greyed out

In Outlook 2K my "modify selection" is greyed out.

Tools > Customize > Commands Tab
Categories (files) / Commands (save as)

Modify Selections is greyed out and I can't seem to figure out why?

My outlook is/was fine, it was me that needed the repairing.

I failed to realize that when I click Tools > Customize the "Modify Selection" is greyed out until I drag a command to a tool bar.


What I was really looking for was where can I change the following folder path.

File > Save Attachments > choose attachment(s) OK
gets me to the Save Attachments window where the "Folder Name" is "C:\Documents and Settings\mscallisto\My Documents"

Where can I change this to a new default?
