"Login.error.403.No license available for client" on UC Suite Dashboard

hi, pls need some help for UC Suite.
I got this error "Login.error.403.No license available for client" when login onto the UC Suite Dashboard.
I have attached the jpg file which shows the error.
Anyone comes across this?
