Assigning a Call Pickup Extended button to a SIP telephone
Procedure
1. Enter change station n, where n is the telephone number of the extension to
which you want to assign a Call Pickup Extended button.
2. Click Next until you see the Button Assignments area.
3. Type ext-pkup next to the number of the button that you want the user to use to
answer calls directly from another call pickup group.
4. Select Enter to save your changes.

@AvayaTier3 - the OP is using a 9620 with H.323 3.2.4 software.

Then you are out of luck as it is not on his list of supported phones

Thank you Gordon. That was the reason for my questions about the phone and the list of supported phones that I provided.
