"Draw Here" Box !?!?!?! 1

In Office XP, the most annoying "feature" is the "Draw Here" bos that appears when you click on a drawing item (e.g. Text Box, Arrow, Circle etc.). Why the hell would I want to draw in a huge box and then move it when I can just draw it wherever I want??

How the hell do I disable this "feature"?

You can turn that off, its called a drawing canvas...

Tools > General > at the bottom uncheck "Automatically create drawing canvas when inserting AutoShapes"

That'll fix it.
