"#Delete" Problem in all fields 1

I have a bizarre error happening. There is a record that displays "#Delete" in all the fields. I cannot delete the record. The data that was originally in the record seems to be still stored there because I can sort on the original data and pull up this record.

What to do to just get rid of this record or the #delete display. It is wrecking havoc here!
