How do you make this box NOT pop up everytime you go to insert a Drawing object (i.e. text box, circle, etc.)???

I don't know if it will remove it completely but it may reduce the time that it apears.
Try this:
On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the General tab.
Clear the Automatically create drawing canvas when inserting AutoShapes check box.
