Hello chaps, is it possible to use the CREATE SEQUENCE facility in access SQL for creating reference numbers of fixed length? e.g.

CREATE SEQUENCE CUST_ID
INCREMENT BY 1
START WITH 1000234
MAX VALUE 2000000
NO CYCLE;

Something like this ?
ALTER TABLE Cust ALTER COLUMN Cust_Id IDENTITY (1000234, 1);

Hope This Help, PH.
