"Corrupt master file table"..and no access to drive help 1

I have this drive setup as a slave Win xp gives me the error message on boot "Corrupt master file table". Help?

You might be able to restore the MBR with a tool called the ultimate Boot disk "

Which can be down loaded from this site {free} , If not looks like a reinstall to me.
