"configuration storage server name" error ISA 2004 enterprise

Have setup an array using isa 2004 enterprise on a win2003 box (also acts as the storage configuration server) and it works fine

also installed a 2nd isa 2004 enterprise on a win2003 box and it joined the array successfully

I have now decided to replicate the enterprise configuration from the 1st server to the 2nd server.

To do this I need to install the storage component. However each time i try to do this i get the error message "setup failed while setting the configuration storage server name"

Even when i tried to remove ISA2004 from the 2nd server to start again i get the same error.

Anyone know why this is and the fix
