Hi,

Not sure if this is a MS Word question or of it is related to the pdf-printer...

In some .pdf documents there is a possibility to expand a "pages and bookmarks" pane on the left side. The bookmarks section in the pdf is like a map of the document with links to different sections.

Now, to achieve this, do I have do set properties or anything in the MS Word document, or is this depending on the pdf printer only+

regards
d.

Which PDF printer are you using?

Fee

The question should be [red]Is it worth trying to do?[/red] not [blue] Can it be done?[/blue]

I have tried several...

Acrobat Distiller
PDF reDirect

with the same result. (i.e. no pdf bookmanrd visible, and the hyperlinks in the TOC are not active)

I tryed to open it with OpenOffice and print it with the OpenOffice integrated pdf writer and this works. (But OpenOffice messes up the TOC, so I need to use one avalable for word.)

thanks

d.
