"A component named QRstandard already exist"

I am using

Delphi 4.0 client/server
with Quick reports 3.0

I have a form which runs gets parameters, sets up a query and runs a quick report preview.

It seems to work most of the time (for other reports) but for two particular reports I get the "A component named QRStandard already exists". Is there something I am doing wrong, or something I have not cleaned up.

I need a work around.
I have search the Borland community but found nothing remotely useful and appreciate any help.
