Hi all,
How do I quickly check the # of records returned by a query?
What I am doing right now is Count(<Acc No>) and its taking forever to compute.
Thanks!

John

From the Menu Bar - Click on Data->View Data-> then the Definition Tab of the Data Manager Dialog Box and in the bottom right hand panel is the number of records and last refresh date/time and duration.

Clicking on the cube icon also takes you to the Data Manager Dialog Box

Hello John,

Try using the dataprovider function NumberOfRows("X")
where X is the dataprovider as estblished by BO. Use this at reportlevel in a cell. T. Blom
