Quickbooks Pro 2007 - Backup options

Does anyone know if there is a way to backup ALL companies at one time, instead of having to open each company and back it up at the appropriate time? Some sort of batch back-up option, maybe?

If anyone can suggest a better forum for this question, please do that as well.
