Hello all, basically I have only 1 dedicated server which will be running my ASP.net shopping cart on it so that online shoppers can buy products from me. Ive noticed there are different versions (even free ones) of SQL Server, what do you guys think the minimum version I can get away with? All I use SQL Server for would be to upload my small database tables and connect to it from my home computer using OBDC in MS Access. Ive been looking at this link but would still like your opinions:

For the time being I think you can get free SQL Server Express edition (I use with Advanced Tools). I think it should be enough for your needs if you don't need complex SSRS (reports) or don't need integration services.

Now does the express version limit the amount of customers that can be on my site at once? I dont need more than say 1 or 2 users actually logging into access at any given time but I would have hundreds of customers on the website at once. Also i think the only other thing i used in SQL Server 2000 was the DTS option to export data to a text file about once a month or so.

also Im used to using enterprise manager does this not come with the free editions?

SSMS (SQL Server Manangement Studio) does come with the free edition (if you use the one with Advanced Tools). However, you don't get SSIS (replacement of DTS) with the SQL Server Express.

well I definately need SSIS then. So what am I looking at now the Web Edition or Standard? My server has a Intel Core 2 Quad 2.83ghz processor with 4gb ram running Windows 2008 Server R2 Web Edition. Thank you for your help I just dont want to overspend money on the extras that I dont currently or will never need.
