Three handsets in main office all work fine
Handset in remote office works fine mostly !
Once a day or so, the remote office phone which is in Teleworker mode loses contact with the head office phones (and vice versa).
The phones can be pinged from PCs so the VPN looks ok.
The phone can still make and receive SIP trunk calls (no gateways on the system).
The workaround is to change the phone back to Local, wait an hour and then change it back to Teleworker.
If we change it back to Teleworker straight away is says 'connecting please wait' for ever.
Any suggestions about diagnostics that can be sent to Avaya most welcome !
