GOAL...To route all incoming calls (Not DID #s) to a 4621 with a EU24 from my analog and my PRI lines. All callers with a DID number matching their extension should have their calls going straight to their extension. What is the easiest way to set this up since the customer will not have a standard att console. She will need to have a night service button sending to an auto attd. I know this is simple, but it has been a whole since I set up a CM/Definity from scratch.
