I cannot figure out how to tie in queueing through VMPro

*Incoming call route directed to x429.
*User x429 directed to huntgroup 603. (two users logged in sitting on a conference call)
*Huntgroup 603 plays a shortcode called Sup Inc (which I can’t figure out how I got this to work but I did)
*Sup Inc shortcode states Press 1 to speak to a representative or press 2 to leave voicemail.
*So the shortcode menu goes to Start Menu with 1 transfering to huntgroup 603 and 2 taking directly to VM.
*Press 1 the phone will ring or if they are on calls, I go directly to VM.
*I have two phones logged in and sitting on a conference call so I can test queueing. I can’t get the queueing to work.
*Announcements and Queueing are on for the huntgroup.

I would think I need to create a module and tie that in somehow. I did try to create a Group with Queued and Still Queued and I called it TestQueue, I just don't know how to tie it all together.

What am I missing? I can't figure out how to tie in queueing.

VMPro (Intuity Mode), IP Office Manager 6.2, Voip

First you go to a extension which is forwarded to a huntgroup which is going to a shortcode which presents a menu and option 1 goes to the group, and you really want that to work smoothly.
consider this:
Call goes to group, queuing is on for the group vm is off and announcements are enabled
group does not answer so call gets answered by vm and starts in the first queue message
create a call flow with a menu, option 1 is wait and do not connect a next action to option 1, option 2 is a leave message option, mark the call as completed by VM.
