Queue to 2 Skills

If I have a vector with the following:

06 queue-to skill 30 pri m
07 wait-time 34 secs hearing music
08 queue-to skill 45 pri m

After 34 seconds does the call still remain queued to skill 30. My gut tells me yes, but I just want to be sure.

If I watch the calls in CMS, they go to the 45 split/skill report.
 
As written, your call does remain in skill 30 as well as 45.

If answered in 45 it will be an outflow in 30
If answered in 30 it will be a dequeue in 45
(I think that's how it works)

New Question -

If a call comes in to the same vector and is in queue for let's say 60 seconds. I am an agent with skill 30 lvl 2 and skill 45 lvl 1, will I answer the call as skill 45 or skill 30.

 
By the example written the call should be answered by skill 45...
