Hello,
I have Access 2000. I am creating a set up that will run about 6 reports, each 1-3 pages long. I'd like to have a macro run this, which I know how to do. However, I don't know how to keep the page numbers going. What I mean is Report 1 would run, using pages 1,2,3, and 4. How do I get Report 2 to automatically start at 5?

They cannot(easily) be set to continue with page numbering running them separately. You could create another report with page headers and footers then add these as subreports to this mainreport. This will re-align the page number no matter how the subreports lengths may change.

I may have a solution if you can handle it. Look in to it if you've done some programming.

Use the Close events for the reports and declare Global Variables for the "Pages Property". And use functions with the global variables for the Page numbers (maybe with the footer events). I havn't done this but it must be the start.
