Hi all,
+++I posted in OLAP section but realized it is not visted often+++++

I am trying to break into the OLAP and DTS world... Could anyone recommend a few quality books? There are many out there so any thoughts on the various books is greatly appreciated..

Regards,
Mike

Mike, this isn't much help, but I would not recommend one of the more general books such as Inside SQL Server and similar ones. They are great books, but very light on the intricacies of DTS and OLAP. Be sure to get a book dedicated to the subject.

I would recommend "Professional SQL Server 2000 DTS" by Chaffin, knight and Robinson from Wrox. In the world of DTS, SQL Server 2000 has alot of upgrades that begin to make DTS a worthwhile skillset. Wrox also has source code for this book online. The ISBN is: 1-861004-41-9.

Hope this helps and good luck.
