Question on bridged appearance calls 1

Hi guys -

I have an admin on a 9640 with an SBM24 connected to IP Office Server v9.1. The user is provisioned with call appearances on buttons 1-3 and bridged appearances on buttons 25-30 on the SBM24.

The reported issue is that when the admin is on a call on one of the primary appearances, incoming calls on the bridged appearances do not display the call info on the screen - only the current call is displayed.

Is there a way to have the incoming call info displayed? TIA...

You'll probably need to tick "Answer Pre-select" for that user and have her press the key to view it

Also have a look at Auto Display Waiting Call though I haven't tested whether it works with bridged appearances.
