Question of IP Subnet addressing? 1

I requested 2 new IP addresses from our DNS. They responded with the results of:
63.149.131.56/30 (255.255.255.252)

Does this mean I can use 63.149.131.56 & 63.149.131.57?

Host range is 63.149.131.57 to 63.149.131.58

Subnet , Valid Hosts , Broadcast
63.149.131.56 , 63.149.131.57 to 63.149.131.58 , 63.149.131.59

If this is coming from your ISP, you will burn at least one for your router leaving your with one valid host address. :-(
