I have a discussion board on my site, and, like this one, I have it email a mailing list to notify users that a new message has been posted in a thread the user is subscribed to. Well, this afternoon, one of my users was trying to post a message, and, before she was done, unknown to her, the mail server crashed. (No, it wasn't my fault!) Therefore, the emails that were generated wound up in the UNDELIVR folder. Is there any way to send them on their way, now that the mail server is back up?

Thanks! Calista :-X

Just move them all to the spool folder (same dir as the undelivr) folder and they should go right away provided mail is back up.

Thanks, that did it. We had a power outage the day before yesterday, and they had to reboot all the servers. This happened yesterday. Don't know if this problem is related or not. We are a Microsoft shop. Need I say more? Seriously, they do a pretty good job, and we don't have too much trouble with the network. In fairness, the mail server is near capacity, so it gets overburdened sometimes. Oh well, I'll know what to do next time. Calista :-X
