We have different lines in our phone system that go to 2 different trees. For example our one business uses most the lines (4), but then we have another support company that uses two completely different lines. Tree 1 is our main tree for our main company, but I cannot figure out which tree is used for the support company. If you call our support lines and hit an extension for our other company it will go to that extension. So does this mean it's not even a seperate tree? Since we don't have the correct printer to print any type of reports is there any way easy that I can figure out which trees are being used and where everything is going without having to have a tech person come here? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What voice mail and version?

You can listen to path to see which tree is which.
Usualy company A is Table 1 and CCR 1

Yes you can call anyone as the system is shared.

you can go into feat 983 and AA >> Table then ok/next thru to CCR Tree:__ this will tell you which tree is associated with which AA. also under feat 983 AA >> Lines and look at each line to see which aa is answering each line.
