Hello all,
We have an extension set up as an acd, with ncfw to voicemail. How do I get the message indicator light to work? I thought I could just add an appearance to someone's phone and they would see the line blinking indicating a message. Am I missing something in CLS?

Thanks

This line will never need to make calls, just go straight to voicemail and someone will check for msgs.

Check the message waiting indicator in mail/call pilot. Make sure the new set you want to have lit is listed in the mwi_dn section of the mailbox. Also may need to mwa in the class of service of the phone

Try adding the following;

Key 11 XMWK 3353 7700

and CLS LMPX

The 3353 is the Call pilot CDN and the 7700 is the ACD DN

that will work IF you can put a line appearence on the set of 3353. otherwise you need rmwk.. best way is to make the voice mail dn a scn on the a set and just add mwa lmpx and the xmwk key..
