Is Access2000 tranactional? Can it handle numerous, from 3 to 30, users in the database at the same time? They would all be updating a central table with text information.
If you are in a multi user enviroment more the 10 people you should think serously about changing databases. to something like SQL or MYSQL which all have GUI interfaces like access and use SQL to access data.
or you can use Microsoft Destop Engine which is a scaled down version of SQL and a 10 user limit.
There are practiculy no limitations in MYSQL or SQL server
MYSQL can be used freely. with access depening how it is used you may have to by licenses for each user at $288 a pop
