query truncating memo field - help

Hi,
I have a query that I have built for a report and the problem I am having is that the query is truncating a memo field from another table. I have similar queries where this is not happening (using the same memo field). I was wondering if anyone else had run into this problem and if there was a fix. Thanks.

Make sure you're not using a GROUP BY clause

I had read up on that issue and I am not using a Group By clause or sorting by that field so that is why I am completely vexed by this problem.

I've been able duplicate your problem by specifying a format (@) in the field property Format in the query grid. Could you be applying any formatting to your memo field in the query itself?

Nope, no formatting to the memo field in the query, just pulling it straight in from the table. If you group on any other field in the query that comes from the same table as the memo, would this cause the problem?
