query that compare two tables

I have over 60 agents with schedules like below:
SMith, Charlie Date Schedule Start Time First Break Start Lunch End Lunch Second Break End Time

I need to end up with a report that compares their scheduled breaks with the actual time they went on break (this data is another table that is updated daily).

In Excel I am able to use the VLookup funtion to search a range and pull the correct time to compare but is this possible in Access? Please help!
