I have over 60 agents with schedules like below:
SMith, Charlie Date Schedule Start Time First Break Start Lunch End Lunch Second Break End Time
20-Mar-06 010 06:15 AM 08:15 AM 11:00 AM 11:30 AM 01:00 PM 03:45 PM
21-Mar-06 031 11:45 AM 01:15 PM 03:45 PM
22-Mar-06 008 06:15 AM 08:45 AM 11:30 AM 12:00 PM 02:00 PM 03:45 PM
23-Mar-06 008 06:15 AM 08:45 AM 10:45 AM 11:15 AM 01:30 PM 03:45 PM
24-Mar-06 009 06:15 AM 08:45 AM 11:15 AM 11:45 AM 01:15 PM 03:45 PM
25-Mar-06 OFF
26-Mar-06 OFF
I need to end up with a report that compares their scheduled breaks with the actual time they went on break (this data is another table that is updated daily).
In Excel I am able to use the VLookup funtion to search a range and pull the correct time to compare but is this possible in Access? Please help!
