Hi all,
It was sometime ago I looked at access and need to be able to show the results of a query on a form. The query is called via command button on another form where the search criteria are defined.
Also I have three combo boxes which pull the search criteria from underlying tables and I need to know if there is any way to negate these fields if they are left blank? i.e., there is employeeID, date, and direction fields, and if I want all records for a particular agent, I would select the agent from the drop down box and then leave the other 2 boxes blank. Currently if I do this it comes back with a blank result
