Query Records based on text contained in Memo Field

I'm a little bit lost here so any help I can get would be appriciated.

I need to query some records containing specific text in a memo field. When I try to enter into the criteria Contains "text" I get an invalid syntax.

Is there a way that I can query these records?

Try this in your criteria field.

Like "*text*
