There is probably a simple solution for my problem however I just can't seem to get past it.

I am trying to Query a table to show all the records where the value of field is Null.

When I put ="" in the Criteria section I don't get any records. When I put <>"" then all the records that have any value in that field are displayed.

If you know why I can't get ="" to work the way I want it to I would appriciate the adivce.

Thanks

Jeremy

Just put in: Is Null for the critiera for the field.

Thanks that works.

The reason I want this query is so that the uses can easily find what records need to have more data entered. If all records have a value (none are Null) is there a way to have a message tell them this, as opposed to a blank record being displayed?
