I'm using access 97. How do I display data only once in a query? Can I add something to criteria to only allow data to be displayed once.
For example:
red
green
blue

Not:
red
red
red
green
green
blue

Hope this enough info..
Thanx

open the query in design view, place the cursor in the area where the tables are displayed, and left-click the mouse to display the Query Properties, change the Value for Unique Values from No to Yes.

Not having seen the query you are starting from my first question is are you fimilar with grouping clauses.

Please post a copy of the SQL and I'll take a look to see what I can see.
