I am having a problem with a group of users running Quarkxpress 4.1 We have a group of 4 users who currently are all running ver. 4.1 all are running windows 2000 except one particular user who we just upgraded to XP Pro. This particular user is now currently having problems when trying to import text or images into their quark documents. When they do it freezes the application and they have to then copy the file the were trying to import locally, rename it, and then save it back to the network to import it. The wway they are setup is all 4 users are currently saving to a group network drive and are all working on the same documents, although they can not work on the same document at the same time. Please any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
