quarkxpress from mac to pc

Hi everybody

ihave a problem jejeje

they send me a files from a quarkxpress for mac and i need to export to any other programs for make a change (corel,adobe illustrator, firehand ) because i don't know this program how i can do that? i have a quarkxpress 6 but i don't have time to study maybe after that finish this works

If you access to a Mac - - save the Quark Pages as eps file and try importing them into the programs you want to use. Problem is you may run into a font issue for one.

I use this work flow when I'm in a pinch, where I save Quark pages a eps file - -open them in Illustrator on the mac covert type to outlines and save. Then import these Illus file into programs on the PC. One issue though is you have to make a type change - - you may have to get really creative with vector outlines.
