Anybody ever encounter repeated crashing in Quark 3 for Windows after launching and then trying any menu selection?
Error message is "XPRESS executed an invalid instruction in
module SYSMGMT32.DLL ..." I'm on P2, 400MHz, Win98, Xpress version 3.31r5. All help appreciated. -- Doug

Try making a clean reinstall Quark on your system and see if the problem re-appears or not. I would rather suggest you to upgrade to higher versions of Quark as there are lot more additional features along with enhancements. Moreover, officially you won't find any support for your 30x version anymore.

Thanks for your reply. It turned out to be a virus problem -- w32.Sobig.A@mm and Backdoor.Lala -- and Quark ran fine after we got the PC cleansed. (We're stuck with one version 3 machine here because of a legacy xtension.) Thanks,
Doug
