QTPro: .mov to .mpeg4 pixilated??

I have created iPhoto slide shows and exported to Quicktime .mov. My goal is to convert .mov to PC friendly format for sharing and b/u, but when i Export .mov, using QTpro, to any other format my images come out pixilated ... hmmm? any ideas?

What are you settings on the .mov file? What codec are you using?

iPhoto dosn't allow me to change much when exporting to Quicktime ... the settings I use are the default settings in iPhoto (width 640, height 480) ... these can be changed but it appears that nothing else can. Forgive me in that I am a beginner with all this stuff and therefore I don't know what codec I am using. Since my original posting I have experimented with changing formats (with QTpro) of other .mov files on my hard drive... ones that i didn't create in iPhoto ... and they come out pixilated or at least fuzzy as well ..... it dosn't seem to be an iPhoto problem??? Hmm?
