Can one assist me with understanding the setting needed in the signaling server: I am getting the following on the call server:

QOS005 Warning R factor:[93]
Near [10.105.210.143:5000],TN[150 1 01 21],NZ[1:1]
Far [10.114.18.80:5200] TN[100 0 01 29], VPNI:Zone[1:1]


why would i get an warning alarm on R-Value of 93?
