We are on CM 3.1, Call Center release 3.0, with EAS. One of my departments wanted to change their q-calls button on their telephone. It was previously set up for a threshold of 10 calls in queue, they wanted it changed to begin flashing when the oldest call reached 30 seconds in queue. Here is a copy of the hunt group form:
The q-calls light does come on, however, it will not flash when the time warning threshold has been reached. Any ideas?
