Control Panel, System, Network Adapters, highlight your network adapter, Configure.
Look to see if a PXE setting is configurable, and disable it if found.
Remove the PXE chip if installed on the adapter itself.
Finally, you might have to download from the chipset manufacturer (not the OEM mnaufacturer) their configuration utility for the adapter and disable the setting in the NVRAM of the chipset itself.
Or use a different adapter.
