I have added a pvr to several sets. Currently you dial 9 to access key 0 and one.Pvr is programmed on key 2 and it automatically gives me dial tone. I would like to dial 9 to access dial for my pvr. so customer is confused.

even if you build a ncos that gives that users dt from a his own route, the light will not show busy, when i pick up my key 0 or 1 and dial 9, your user request is to hit a private route? .. hope your user is less confused then me.

if that is the case, tgar your station off of all other routes, tgar everone else off of his or add a entry in the rlb that only his ncos can use, but your building a nightmare if you do. i may not have understood the question.

I think this user is saying key 2 on the phone is PVR xxxx and that no 9 is required when using that PVR key when calling out on it (as opposed to having to dial 9 when calling out on keys 0 & 1, which are regular system DN #s) which is true. I don't know if a PVR DN can be programmed to require a 9, since it's a programmed phone number, not an ext. DN, but i'll look it up in the NTP. Norteldude, what was the purpose of programming this as a private line route?

Well friend the customer wants the rep to receive calls on her phone and dail out on the same line as in the key system

Coniglio I have done this before at city hall years ago. A friend in Texas is trying to do this and I can't remember how we did it.What would be the best way to accomplish this. She just needs the rep to dial out on her pvr and receive calls on her line.

Thanks Guy's for the feedback. I resolve this by making the rdb route auto and trks auto terminate. Once again thanks.norteldude
