How can you put an O11C in Daymode, without having a attendant console present?

According to documentation, callpilot mini have a problem with nite mode (will not play company greeting).

i already setup atdn on the trunk, but am not getting the company greeting. eg

cot trk: ATDN 7500

you'll need a acd 7500, maxp 1 ncfw to the mail voice service dn. then the voice service dn table needs 7500 to point to the correct app id. you can not take the switch out of night withiut a console, unless nortel made major changes recently..

if rdb auto=yes
atdn=7500
acd 7500
maxp 1
ncfw=vmadn
vsdn 7500=app id..it will work night or day mode.. also add 7500 as your nite_data add 7500

i think i found the solution. The cot should indicate ATDN NOT Nite. This enables the playing of the company greeting
