Purge e-mails on Exchange 5.5

Hello,

I am sitting on a exchange server that is almost running out of hard disk space. Even though all the users have deleted most part of their email and also emptied their "deleted items folder" the server will not release any harddisk space? How come, and how can I do it?

Basically the satabase will not decrease in size unless defragged, you just get "whitespaces".

You need 110% free space on the drive when compared to the Priv.edb file before you can defrag.
