Purchasing Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise

We are currently looking to purchase Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise for about 50 users here. I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on where to find the best deal? Thanks much for your help. P.S. if there is a student version or whatever that won't work for us. hehe
