Is it possible to pull a whole Access Database into PowerPoint to do a presentation?

Thanks

I set up a database for work and my boss wants to use PowerPoint to show the other office workers how to use the database.

Thank you, I didn't realize that it was so simple!!

Oh! In that case, I would take the database with the presentation, and I would HYPERLINK it, instead of embedding it.

Also, try for a program called SnagIt that takes great screen captures. Place the screen captures into the presentation, and you can use arrows and such (callouts) to show different areas of each database screen. This way, he can print the slides as handouts and they'll have a permanent reference. If he doesn't do that, they'll only have their memory of what he showed them while in the database.
